  Left my lap top for a battery replacement was told by Rico, the battery was located in industry and should be here in a couple of days, that was on Sunday May 14 and he would call me. On Saturday May 20 I went back to check on my laptop. The sales person could not find any info on my computer, but spoke to another person and then told me the wrong battery came in and they will call me. On Tuesday May 23 I went back to check on it and was told the battery was back ordered. I still never received a call. Today I went in and was told no battery has arrived. I asked why? No one has called me. I was not give an answer. I was told we will give you your money back and try finding a battery somewhere else. I asked why did'nt you try some place else a week ago. I was given a blank look. I got my money back promised to never go back again. I have purchased many items in that store over the last few years, but no from me. I am burnt out. FYI I came home and found the battery on line and it will be here next Saturday. THANKS FOR NOTHING STAPES LAKE ELSINORE
